a US man was charged wwith the murder of his lover's husband after he was found living in a wardrobe at the couple's house. apparently, the man had been living in the wardrobe for some time so the two could conduct their illicit affair. However last weekend the woman's husband heard snoring coming from the wardrobe, and when he went to see what was going on, discovered his wife's lover in there. He ordered the man out of his house but he refused. A struggle insued, and the husband was killed. Brings a whole new meaning to the term "coming out of the closet" doesn't it ...

well apparently the man, whose name was Rafael DeJesus Rocha-Perez, lived in a closet of the couple's 4 bedroom home for about a month without the husband's knowledge.
